Our first aim is to make getting rid of your junk and rubbish as painless as possible for you. All you need to do is give us a call. Tristan will normally be the guy you speak to who will explain all the costs and arrange a convenient time to come and recycle your junk and rubbish.
Our second aim is to make sure that the goods and rubbish taken from you are recycled as best as possible. We don’t want to fill landfill if we don’t need to. The more we can get reused, recycled or donated to charities the better. If stuff can’t be reused we recycle it back to its original material such as wood, glass, paper, metal etc.
What generally happens is we give you a 2 hour arrival window. One of our teams arrives, gives you an exact quote, if you are happy with this quote, they will remove the junk or rubbish there and then. If you are not happy with the price, you are not obligated to anything and it is a free quote. Tristan generally gives a close estimate over the phone on what you explain to him.
