Description: My client a leading contract research organisation with a track record of delivering a large amount of the blockbuster medicines used today currently is experienced unparalleled growth in the UK and is therefore seeking a number of Clinical Research Associates to join their award winning Clinical Operations department working home-based covering sites in Scotland You will perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits in accordance with the scope of work and ensure all trial activity is conducted to ICH-GCP guidelines. In addition you will evaluate the quality of study site practices and ensure protocol adherence escalating any quality issues to your PM. In addition more Senior CRA?s will take on the mentoring of less experienced colleagues helping with their professional development. Suitable candidates will be degree educated or hold a nursing equivalent qualification. You will have demonstrable experience working as a Clinical Research Associate and be in possession of a driving license and be fluent in English.
