ENTERPRISE APPLICATION ARCHITECT

Description: Enterprise Application Architect / £75,000 + Benefits / Crawley. Global leader in Insurance & reinsurance. A valued partner to the insurance industry. The Enterprise Application Architect is responsible for the design of the Global Enterprise Application Architectures. Explore, analyse and model systems requirementsin order to develop design specifications for new and existing Enterprise wide Applications and Services. Direct responsibility.Develop Application Architecture principles and models (including technical guidelines and standards described in common technology models, such as components, domains, services and patterns) that can be leveraged across multiple solutions. Direct Responsibility.Act as a bridge between the technical domain architects and solution architects and other subject matter experts to ensure that the technology infrastructure meets enterprise goals, such as flexibility, complexity reduction, cost reduction and quick delivery. Direct Responsibility Maintain close working relationships and interfaces with the Programme, Product and Delivery Management Teams. Direct responsibilityDesign the future-state Global (AOG) Enterprise Application Architectures (EAAs) andcreate the necessary output: standards and guidelines. Direct Responsibility.Build EAA road maps to define how applications willsupport current and future business processes, accommodate mergers and acquisitions, and/or centralize versions. Direct Responsibility.Play a leading role in the definition, implementation and evolution of the Enterprise Architecture Framework and associated Methodology and Toolset within AOG. Volunteering and work experience
Volunteering and gaining work experience in whatever type of work or context are very valuable experiences in terms of training and self-esteem.
- Jobcentre Plus provides advice on finding voluntary work.
- Millennium Volunteers, run by Department for Education and Skills, is aimed at young people aged 16-24. MV allows young people to build on their interests, to develop themselves and make a difference to their community at the same time.
