We require an experienced Programme Manager to manage all aspects of the assigned programme(s). This is an exciting opportunity to join a highlyskilled and experienced team. Responsibilities include: Prepare and implement programme work schedules and project planning, liasing with specialist areas across matrixed organisation. Ensuring requirements of Contract are flowed down to the ProjectTeam with clearly defined tasking. Manage Sub Contractors and work partners to ensure Contract requirements are achieved. Monitor, review and prioritise work schedules with team and review project resources. Provide advice and work with team to resolve matters relating to costs, work schedules and technical issues as required. Prepare monthly financial and progress reports and present to Senior Management. Proactively manage and mitigate programme risks. Provide exception reporting to Senior Management as required and refer key issues for advice and approval. The ideal candidate is likely to have strong Project / Programme Management experience with a background in the management of sub contractors within a defence engineering discipline.
