Duties will include: Sales Ledger * Raise sales Invoices on Sage from invoices * Print copies to send out to customer - or email where necessary * File in general filing &job file where necessary Purchase Ledger * Opening post daily as 90% of post is P/L invoices. * All invoices to be stamped on date of receipt and processed within two working days * Match order number to order on Evolution, by exemption these may need to go to Manager who requested work if no order number available. * Job number added to invoice from Evolution* Goods receive invoice and mark as paid on Evolution * Invoice to entered onto sage - coded to N/L dependant on job number (dept & client) * Arval (fuel) - enter onto spreadsheet and post once a month * Various backup documentation will berequired for other suppliers e.g. Orange etc * Sent for authorisation to relevant Manager/Director * Once received back filed for payment * End of month generate Bacs payment spreadsheet and pass to FD * Payments made by FD * After paymentis made enter onto excel cashbook * Post payment to Sage * Generate Remittance Advice - post/email to supplier * File P/L invs * Reconcile supplier statements * Maintain P/L database Cashbook * Excel cashbook to be kept up to date cashbook balance to agree with bank statement daily * All P/L payments to be posted * All N/L payments to be posted - these do vary. * Bank Reconciliation weekly, (daily if possible) - Sage * Enter receipts and paymentsonto cash flow forecast daily, to be reconciled weekly and issued to management team.
