PERSONAL COACHING - COUNSELLING
I am a Business Psychologist (MSc) and personal coach who lives and works in London. My motive, goal and work is to assist people to turn their wishes to a reality and become, by this, what Jung describes as “who we truly are”.
Living a meaningful life is the essence of our existence. Life is simple and beautiful; this sense, however, is hindered by obstacles that exist in our environment, external (e.g. social environment, resources) or internal (e.g. personal beliefs). By turning these obstacles or our wishes into goals, we make the first step to look life in the eyes. By following, a methodical and rationally planned set of actions, we little by little, earn life.
It is not surprising that in fields that hitting the target is a vital issue, people make use of coaching, or mentoring and counselling; from sports to business and politics, coaching help people achieve a certain outcome with a methodical and effective way. Whether someone has a specific goal or just want to overcome a situation that holds him/her down, the optimal way is the royal way of science.
My approach, alongside with the coaching models, places emphasis on rapport building, which is a catalyst for honest and free expression and a deep and permanent change. Besides, it utilises a range of motivational techniques, findings of organisational and positive psychology, NLP tools, as well as techniques used in sports coaching.
