FREE ACCOMMODATION FOR FEMALE WANTING HER OWN SPACE
Relocation opportunity - Are you not bothered about leaving London........
If you don't mind moving to the North East of England, and like the idea of rent free accommodation, please read on.....
I'm looking for a female housemate to share my 3 bedroom house. You'd have your own double room (furnished) plus the use of the rest of the house.
I don't mind if you are unemployed, studying or just a bum as long as you are honest, trustworthy and easy to get along with.
This is a house I bought to refurbish, I have completed all the major work apart from some of the decoration and carpeting..... (so if you are good with a paint roller, so much the better hehehe).
Come spring/summer I plan to sell the house and either move back down south or possibly abroad. However, if someone is living with me and we are getting along, they would be welcome to move with me where ever I go and on the same arrangement, i.e. rent free.
So if you are up for a bit of an adventure and like the sound of this ad, please drop me a line with a few details about yourself. A current photo of yourself would be much appreciated
