THIS IS A COUNCIL OR HOUSING ASS EXCHANGE NOT THE RITZ APPARTMENTS, SO DO NOT EXPECT A PENT HOUSE, AND NEITHER WILL I ! I keep my flat spotlessly clean all the time, and about to redecorate.
my home is on a quite cul de sac, lounge 16ft by 10ft 4 double plugs, kitchen 11ft-4ft washing machine/fridge area, 9 double plugs. hallway 8ft by 6ft telephone point. bathroom, toilet, sink, shower, bath. bedroom 12f by 12ft 3 double plugs, barking park at the end of cul de sac, ilford park across the road, close by doctors, dentist, asda, tesco, sainsburys, farm foods, iceland, off road parking space comes with the flat. quite area, secure entry via entry phone. great neighbours really quite and friendly block, there is only 6 flats in the block, allopments for rent to grow your own veg and fruit, Solar panels on the roof to help residents with electric bill, fitted by L&Q. photos do not do the flat justice, its allot bigger than you think, full housing and council tax benefit paid in case you need this information, no top up required. great flat great neighbours.
